    Hello!

    I have a problem. When I want to play fifa 17 online it writes me: ''Your profile does not have the correct permissions to access thi feature''. How to solve it?

    Problems Buying Online

    I used to get an error code when I wished to buy but then I found out that it was because of some issue with my credit card. I contacted my credit card company and they did an online verification and then I was able to make my purchase.

    Sorry to see any online issues with FIFA 17! Sometimes this error appears if EA has done an account ban from their service. Are you able to post an image of what you are seeing so we can determine if this is an Xbox or EA error? We'll be able to continue

    Hey, Illusion! Sorry about the delay here.

    Are you playing the game on Xbox One and streaming to the Xbox App on your PC? If so, does it work if you play on your console directly?

    If it doesn't, do you own any other games with online capabilities that you are able to test? Let's see if we can narrow it down to an Xbox Live issue or a game issue that way. Online problem :)

    Hello, Quinzel!

    I play the game on Xbox One and I sometimes stream on my PC . Today I started Happy Wars and it wrote me: ''Please sign in using a gamer profile with an Xbox Live Gold membership and no multipayer restrictions'', but I have a gold subscription.

  10. Weird! And you have no Enforcement Actions, correct?

    If you don't, I suggest
    removing your profile and re-adding
    it to your console. That should refresh your account on the console and force it to register the Gold. Let me know how that works for you. Online problem :)

  11. Re-adding your profile is also listed in the link I provided for removing it, however I've got the steps below for you. Online problem :)

    1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.
    2. On the Sign in tab, move all the way down and select Add & manage.
    3. Select Add new.
    4. Enter the email address for the Microsoft account, and then select Enter.
      1. Important Make sure that you do not select Get a new account, unless that’s what you want to do. If you select this, you will create a brand-new Microsoft account. If you’ve forgotten which email address is associated with
        your Microsoft account, see the Lost Account Solution.
    5. Enter the password for your Microsoft account, and then select Enter.
    6. If you’ve forgotten your password, select I forgot my password.
    7. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.
    8. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox One console.

    Hmmm. Sorry to see that didn't help! I suggest trying a
    factory reset
    on your console then. You can try the option to keep your games and apps at first, however if it doesn't work with that I suggest doing a full factory reset. Let me know how that works!
