    Online Play Bug


    So, the other day I wanted to play Minecraft with some of my friends, but when I went to the friends tab, it said something like I couldn't play with others because of the way my microsoft account was set up. I tried to look for answers and I found that
    I should change all my online settings to "allow" and "everyone". I went back, restarted the game, but nothing happened. I think that this has been an old bug and that many other people have been experiencing it. Does anybody know how to solve this?

    Trying to make me buy gamepass to play a game I own.

    If you're trying to play online, you need Core (or Ultimate which includes Core) in order to be able to play online. That's not a bug.

    I was able to play it online fine.

    Went to my bros' house and tried playing offline and the game does exactly what you describe...
