    Online Pass not working


    So the campaign itself works fine, so far, but the online pass doesn't seem to register. I've owned the online pass since the game first released, and I do have it installed on my Xbox one, but the game just loads the pop-up prompting me to buy it any time
    I try to access any online portion of the game. I've done a power cycle of the console and all the other normal troubleshooting methods, but nothing helps.

    hello

    i downloaded fifa 12 from the marketplace instead of buying the game in store. i am trying to play online which i can but everything is unranked and so i purchased an online pass through gamestop redeemed the code, my xbox downloaded the fifa 12 online pass
    but when i got to XBOX LIVE-->MY FIFA 12-->EA ACCOUNT, it says the online pass is not active. i have tried turning xbox on/off and nothing

    what should i do?

    rosters updating?

    the online pass doesn't work becuase it's used you gotta but a $10.00 online pass for it to work. Rosters update auotmatically when the game loads up.

    Try deleting the online pass & see if it works then.If you downloaded the game from the marketplace you wont need the online pass anyway.

    Maybe a stupid question, but did you redeem the online pass?

    You need to redeem your online fifa 13 pass to make the online part of FUT (Fifa Ultimate Team) to work.

    The Online Pass for Black Ops 2 is issued by Activision.COM

    The Online Pass for FIFA is issued by EA.COM

    Both make their own rules for those 'online passes'

    You can visit http://support.activision.com and
    http://support.ea.com to ask them how their passes work and why.
