    Hey all

    I have an Xbox One Console. I have apple earphones. I use these earphones for Online gaming.

    They worked since I started using them, and one day I went to use them, they suddenly stopped.

    I plug the earphones into the controller and the Xbox recognises they're plugged in, and all the audio options appear.

    Once they're plugged in, the sound from the TV goes through my earphones.

    They don't seem to work when I am online; here below describes how

    • I speak into the microphone and I can hear my voice in my ears,
    • but when I speak, my gamertag doesn't appear on the screen
    • The other online players cannot hear me and I cannot hear them

    Is there a way of solving this issue?

    Or would I need to use Xbox headphones?

    No my NAT is open and i was in a party with freinds not playing online, same with my freinds so not sure why i lost connection as i said my bro was fine online and my laptop was connected to. Also to others where you playing online or just in a party?
