    To anyone who can help:

    Over the past year, possibly more I have been having some strange occurences happen on my account and I'm now looking to actually get a resolution or at least understand why my account does not work as expected.

    One of the issues I have is my followers list does not update when adds me. My example is I know someone is going to add me, I will not recieve a notification via the console, web app or anything. Yet if I look on their friends list it will show "You + X
    friends" on the person who's added me. In the past I've just let X days pass and eventually it will update. My query is why does this no longer happen properly or notify me any longer? This also affects my followers count and I know at present that the number
    is incorrect as there are people I am aware of who have added me.

    Second issue I have is if I'm running my windows 10 laptop and my xbox one console at the same time. If someone invites me to a party the notification will only come up on my Windows 10 PC and not my console. Sometimes I get notified on both. The most consistent
    is that I'm always notified on the windows 10 application

    I'm wondering if this is a common issue with some other people or whether or not it's just my account is being affected and would like some support in getting a resolution in place.

    I don't believe this is a client issue but rather a server issue as it's happening across all xbox.com applications ie xbox one, xbox.com, xbox smartglass

    Can't get rif od followers!!

    Hello I have blocked 2 followers from my Xbox One console but I still receive notifications from them and they still show up on my followers list? Help please!!

    Delete Followers?

    Hello I am having issues with deleting followers from my followers list again. Mister Beeps was able to fix this before for me and said if it happened again to contact him threw the conversation that was already open but he isn't responding to my messages.
    So I will post a new thread and hopefully someone can get back to me. I am aslo having issues with the notifications . I have deleted people off my friends list and have blocked them but I'm still getting notifications when they sign in .Can someone help me
    please.This followers not being deleted is totally anoying

    Achievements don't pop on sons account.

    There is not a setting that will prevent the achievements from unlocking. Check his achievement list to see if the achievements are showing unlocked and he is just not receiving the notification when they do. If this is the case you will want to do the following.
    From the dashboard go to Settings>Preferences>Notifications and be sure that both "Show Notifications" and "Play Sound" are checked. Also, if his online status is set to busy he will not receive the notifications of the achievements being unlocked, to check
    this do the following. Again, from the dashboard go to Settings>Preferences>Online Status and make sure he is set to anything but "Busy". Hope this helps.

    I can understand how this may be annoying, but if you block them you shouldn't be able to receive any notifications or messages from them. Whatever you do you should avoid replying to them because then you are creating an opportunity for them to be able
    to report you which could possibly end in a suspension if the enforcement team deems a violation. My best suggestion would be to edit your privacy settings to either block or friends only so that you can avoid future problems, and if you do run into issues,
    block those individuals so that they are shut out and report them if they have violated the Code of Conduct in any way. If you have your privacy setting for online status set to block or friends only then you wouldn't need to put yourself on DND or offline.
    Unfortunately there are those that only want to torment others but if you use the right tools, you can make your gaming experience more enjoyable. Best of luck to you and I appreciate you coming to the forums so that others can learn from your experiences.

    1. Press the Xbox button
       on your controller to open the guide.
    2. Go to Profile & system, then
      Settings      .
    3. Select Account, then Privacy & online safety
