Online Multiplayer Problem

Hello!

When searching for "matches", I only seemed to be paired with local players.

Which would be fine if the local servers were more populated but it's not, it's like a ghost town.

I'm struggling to find matches in FIFA 15 and when I do, it's one of a handful of people.

Destiny and Forza Horizon 2 are populated enough.

In Warframe and Sunset Overdrive, it's practically empty.

.



What I would like to know is:

.

1. Is there anybody else experiencing this?

2. Is there something wrong.

3. Is it on my end or is it Xbox Live.

a) Is this problem being worked on, if it's an Xbox Live problem.

b) If it's a problem on my end, do you have any solutions.

online multiplayer problem

whenever I try to change my status to play online i get the message "cannot play online. your current gamer profile settings do not allow playing online games. to continue, all players must have settings that allow online play." I am the only player and
I cant find any settings that need changed.

i have not cheat in gow3, have not cheat in gow2 (i am level11)

some people said that it's the newbuggy EPIC ban system...
