Online multi-player with a guest nba 2k14 fifa 14

So me and my twin bro both have gold memberships for x1 and we can't play games like nba 2k14 and fifa 14 online against other people? We even tried signing in as guests on each others account and still didn't work. What's up with that we never had a problem
with that on 360. Or am I doing something wrong?

What sport game would be best/most anticipated based on gameplay?

Fifa 14, NHL 14 and NBA 2k14 in my opinion.

BF4, NFS Rivals, NBA Live, NBA 2K14, Zoo Tycoon, Madden and FIFA 14

Have you tried adding your bro to your Xbox? "Add New" as opposed to "Add Guest" on the Sign-on screen. This is like we do on the 360 when we would Download a Profile to a Friends Xbox. (Just don't set your Xbox One up to be the Brother's "Home" Xbox
if you each have your own Xbox One). Set your brothers profile to Prompt for password at sign-in as this will assure that no one signs in as him when he is away.
