Hello. If I had £15 Microsoft Credit Balance (Not Xbox) and I wanted to purchase a £55 Microsoft Product online, will it give me an option to pay the rest with a Credit Card?

Yes, just select pay with balance, and then it should tell you to select payment option for what's left over.

To clarify, you can purchase an Xbox Live Gold membership with your Microsoft account balance, but it would still be required to have a different payment option on file for your account as a backup. If you

add a payment option online, are you able to complete the purchase using only your Microsoft account balance after that?
