Online Gaming Not Loading?

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend to try a
power cycle on the console. If still doing it after, then take a look at you NAT and make sure it says open. Let us know the results when you try this.

I actually just finished this and it did nothing. No online games work, but every time I check service status it insists it is all operational. For Honor actually loads, will let me play matches, but refuses to keep progress or give me anything at the
end of matches. This is all around upsetting, and I have no clue what to do or where the issue stems from.

Sadly, it didn’t work for any of my games. NAT is indeed still open

Thanks for update on the issue. If no online game work, we recommend double checking the

Xbox Live Network Ports on your network hardware configuration.

Some game developers require you to open additional ports. You should always check the game developer's website to see if the game you're playing needs additional ports to work.

• What error message do you receive?
• Have you tried a different internet connection?

If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles and stable internet connection.

This reset is meant to set all settings to default, check for any system updates, and then restore any corrupted data where you are seeing an issue with being able to load your games. Try this out for us and then let us know the results.
