Online Games Repeatedly Closing on Me

Apologies, I tried responding earlier but I think there might've been an error with my mobile browser. Anyway, the privacy settings for multiplayer content are set to allowed and for everyone, and while I have occasionally seen double nat type, but the bug is still present when that is fixed. For context, this is on an xbox one, and doesn't happen 100% of the time on online games. Sometimes it's not present for the first match, but kicks in before loading the second, or isn't at all present during an extended game session. I think it's less present in evenings or nights, but I can't be completely positive that time of day is that big of a factor. My suspicion is it's caused by higher internet traffic hours, but with the xbox itself not detecting any network problems, I'm not sure what it would be. Thank you, hope the added information helps.

Just to make sure, would you please test your console connection one more time?

Press the Xbox button > Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings. Under Current Network Status, the NAT Type field displays your current NAT type.

You need your NAT type to be Open. You also want to be sure there are no errors such as Double NAT detected or UPnP not successful displayed.

If everything is fine with your connection test, please take a look at the privacy settings of your Xbox profile:

Set all the settings related to multiplayer to "Allow" or "Everyone" on the three tabs:

Priestly, and did you try even with a wired connection to see if the issue persists?

If yes, I'm thinking couple options more:

1. Do a factory reset but keeping games and apps
2. Do the previous step but deleting games and apps
3. Perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.
