Online EXTREMELY slow!

So basically no matter what game I play on my Xbox one (online multiplayer) I lag like crazy. I thought it was only Gears of War, but upon trying multiple games its always the same. It's been incredible slow for the past week or so and makes games pretty
much unplayable online.

I've ran multiple speed tests online, and here's on average what I'm getting......... Ping 6ms,, Download Speed 43Mbps,, Upload Speed 5Mbps

So running these tests, everything looks good. My laptop runs very well on the internet, my phone runs very well on it too, pretty much everything runs extremely well EXCEPT my xbox one.

I have to say though, I'm in student accommodation (so i cant get to any router/modem to do anything with it), but upon the tests and trying other devices the internet seems perfect.

The xbox one was going perfectly maybe around a week ago, but then suddenly the online just got this slow and it's very unbearable. Tried disconnecting/going offline and back on a few times, but no luck at all.

Not sure what the problem is to be honest, but any help would be appreciated, thanks!

360 extremely slow

I've been having a problem with my 360 for the past week. It's the 250GB HD elite model using a wireless network adapter. Everytime I boot up it takes an age to sign in (or doesn't sign in at all). It tells me often that xbox live services are unavailable
at that time. It takes almost five times as long to download items (it even took me 5minutes to download a 3MB patch for Minecraft yesterday) too, and the cloud storage doesn't seem to be working (when I try uploading a save to it, it shows a progress bar
in the active downloads window which goes up about 10% of the way and then resets to around 1% of the way).

I've currently tried removing the wireless adapter, removing all wires and the harddrive itself, unplugging and resetting the router, port forwarding and deleting my system cache. There seems to be no change to my internet service as my PC, PS3, 3DS, DS,
Vita and iPod are all working perfectly with no changes to my download/ upload speed. However it still tells me that my NAT type is moderate(when the internet connection test actually decides to work), despite forwarding the ports.

Any suggestions guys? It's a real pain as my headset breaks up constantly making it impossible to chat to people as I usually do. It's been working perfectly for the past three and a half years, not sure why it decides to p**s me off now.

Extremely slow download

It eventually kicked back up to a normal speed. I'm not too sure, but I assume the problem was with my ISP at the time.
