    Online errror message


    Ever since I bought GTA 5 I haven't been able to play online with any of the other games I own & whilst i'm playing GTA 5 online an error message says " alert you have being kicked from the session for an unknown reason". Please help????

    XBOX app automatically switches to offline mode when ı open any games (win 11)

    I dont get any errror messages its just when ı open a game , my xbox profile goes offline and ı cant use online services in games . I checked everything and eveything is up-to-date . And the offline permissions setting in microsoft store and xbox app is already toggled off . I also did the repair/reset from programs menu . Nothing worked for me . Thank you anyways .

    Your best bet would be speak to Phone Support so that they could possibly help you cancel the purchase for The Taken King, after which you can buy the correct version of the game.
