Online content vs. code of conduct

Microsoft is taking it too far to ban people for anything said while playing this game, taking into account the content of the game itself. If you can't handle another player killing your character and harassing you then you can't handle the game.

Harassing people online is considered cyber bullying which is an illegal offense.

 

While this game (and many others) are rated "M" for Mature, Xbox Live is supposed to be "E" for Everyone. When you agreed to the terms and conditions established by Microsoft to access their service, you have to play by their rules.

 

I do agree with OP, its just a game at the end of the day.

^^ It's not an issue at all. When the OP refers to "Code of Conduct", he's talking about Xbox Live's ToS. Don't be a jerk online, don't yell profanity at others, and you're good to go. As another poster said, it's just a game.
