Hi

i have a connection problem with my console. When i connect it, she dosent go online instantely, it's written that i have to reboot the modem and the router. Once i do that the console go online and it's all good, but itès not normal that i have to do that
eace time. And it's the same thing with my pc!;(...Can you help me to fix the problem?

If all this hasn't helped yet, then try to keep a factory rest with the option to keep your data:

You can also try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back
in and restart the console.
