Im a competitive COD player i play online in public lobbies as well, its gotten to the point where im getting harrassed verbaly and through messeges on a daily basis. And being threatened to be fraudulantly reported at least once a day. I follow all conduct
. These people need to be handled with as soon as possible. Any reports against my account are false, and i will not sit back and allow people to terrorize the online community and myself with harrassment and wrongful reports thank you for your time

Online community?

I was wondering, having been not active on any Gears games for quite some time, what the Gears 3 online numbers are like these days?

Having recently bought a 360 I'm wanting to get back on Gears online again, and wasn't sure if Gears 3 or Judgement had the most active online community.

If you're being harrassed you need to file complaints on those people and block communications with them. You can have a million complaints filed against you, but unless you've actually done something to violate the terms, nothing will happen.

I've tried that. I was talking to an xbox rep for awhile last night and he told me to test it out in game chat on a game. When in game i can see my mic icon moving but i doubt anybody could hear me and when I play division, nobody can hear me period.
