    Online Chat option not pulling up


    Hey, so I'm trying to access the Microsoft Online Chat option. The only options that pull up are "Message with an Xbox gamer" or "Call me back" Did they remove the Online Chat feature? If it's still out there can someone please provide me with a link?

    How to text your friends

    On your xbox just pull up your friends list, find your friend and click on message. I use the Xbox app on my phone a lot to message people as I don't have a chat pad so there is that option as well.

    Can anyone help me? I requested a refund and then they sent the refund to a different card than the one I paid with.

    There has to be an option to Chat online with their customer support. It's a separate option aside from posting to forum. The chat online has an estimated wait time being displayed.

    Hello I click on contact us and then choose the options and then i click on online chat and then it asks me what the problem is and then after that it says click one of the options below or start chart so I click on the chat and it just comes up with a blank web page but it say 0 in line.

    You'd be best to head over to
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us     and select the options 'Billing' - 'Billing errors' and start a new chat with Microsoft support. They will be able to pull up your purchase history, confirm the prices and make any adjustments necessary :)
