Online ban

Hi, I had a two week ban from the 15th November till the 29th November. Today at the First of december I am still Not able to play online.

Buying and setting up used XboxOne, will there be issues??

If the previous owner has been banned from certain online games, would this affect the new owner? As I understand such bans are for the whole console, so that the banned person cannot just re-enter the game using another sign in and email.

And so, if such bans were for the whole console, rather than single user, then it would no doubt affect the new owner.

 

Online ban

Hi, I was ban last Thursday (the 28th) for 2 weeks. I was ban for nudity content and so I was ban for communication, kinect and sharing things with people. BUT the next day, friday (the 29th) in the afternoon i was suddenly ban to play online and this for
all my accounts, today I am still ban from playing online.

Then I tried to do a case review (the 30th) WHERE I saw the privileges which were suspended, on xbox enforcement, and there was not something like "play online".

The decision was upheld ( I think that the XBLPET didn't understand my question : Why I was able to play online Thursday and Friday I wasn't able to play, while I don't receive any messages, the list of privileges suspended don't change and of course I
didn't do something bad.)

They absolutely don't talk about this "new" ban.

Then I've contact Xbox support on Twitter and this is their last message :

I was ban 2 times in my life and I've never said something but today i'm sure that there is a problem, so i really hope that you will help me and at least try to do something with this "new ban from online" i receive, you are my last chance because I think
that I have tried all I can and that I don't deserve that...

Can you double check your
Enforcement History to make sure there wasn't an extended suspension or a second suspension that would overlap. If that is not the case, are you getting an error message when trying to join the games such as an account suspension notice or anything starting
with 0x or 80.

 

Hi, there is no extended ban. I just get a notification that I am not able to play and the xbox Support cant Assist Me at this. My other Account can play online again since the ban is over.
