Online Apps, game store, messaging, and online in game content not working

I am unable to play online in game. Also, I am not able to access the general messages, apps, or game store.

A few troubleshooting things I have tried:

-Resetting my router

-Rebooting my console

-opening up ports so that my nat type is now open

-resetting my MAC

When I test network connection it says everything is good. Also, when I test multiplayer connection, it says everything is good.

Any other suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

There's a problem getting this content right now

Hello,

My dashboard is displaying "There's a problem getting this content right now" where the Xbox live and ads are displayed.

I'm signed in and have access to all games, apps, friends list, messaging, party features. The Mixer, entertainment and store tabs have no content as well.

having an issue with sending messages

While trying to send messages online a "messaging is not working for you account" notification pops up, I've tried following ALL the instructions given on support.xbox.com/fix-messaging and it still isn't working, what am i not doing? Can anyone help lol?

I can not play GTA5 online, show the next message: "you Need one or more downloadable contents that are required for compatibility in GTA Online. ¿go to the xbox games store to download?"

I press " Yes" and show the next message: "The online service is disabled in your account".

You still need a Xbox Live Gold account to play online, EA games or not. EA online pass codes are included in new EA games to allow you purchase extra online content, it doesn't allow you play online on Live without a Gold account.

I have the same problem I think.

I just bought the game from the store.

I can download it, but when I start the game I get this message (translated from german)

Do you own this game?

If you have a game disc, insert it.

If you bought the content online, connect to xbox life (I am connected, everything works fine)

If you habe not the permissions to start, you have to download the content from xbox store.
