Try and ask ubisoft for the reason of the over powered item. I have not played the game very far yet but thinking someone could inflict that kind of damage with just one bullet seems an unfair advantage

This is a hardware issue probably caused by the damage of the console. The progress of your games is registered under your online account (unless you have played all your games offline) I suggest you to send the console for repairs:

Agreed. Batgirl is an awesome character for online, even without this which iv yet to see online. The only negative thing is her damage visuals......hate her having a bent ear at the end of the fight lol
