Discus and support Online access for family in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have 2 sons who both have Xbox’s yet I can’t get my youngest sons account online to play fortnite.     I have 2 sons who both have Xbox’s yet I can’t get my youngest sons account online to play fortnite.

    The message reads “you are unable to see content other people make because of how your account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy & online safety settings on Xbox.com”.

    I’ve tried doing this but still get the same error message.

    Getting very frustrated now and I’m about ready to throw it out of the window!!!!!

    We have a BD Version of The Elder Scrolls Online und I have bought "The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind"-DLC in the store for my family.

    My problem is the members of my family can't access the DLC. Can you help me?

    I don't see an option for online safety. Would this be an exbox dashboard layout issue? If not then can you tell me how to access online safety?

    I do not have a family plan, as I'm the only one who has XBL in my family.

    Are you able to successfully access online multiplayer/matchmaking in any other game?
