    my son has just bought onikuma headphones for his xbox one s. It says on the description with the headset that he needs an adapter. Does anyone know which type of adapter he needs? Tried searching online but unsure if the options presented are correct
    as he has two jacks on the headphones and only one slot seems to on the adapters that I viewed. Many thanks

    Hello Steven,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. You would need the
    stereo headset adapter     most likely. You will need to look around for them though. Also make sure it didnt come with an adapter.

    Yes it was working fine before. My headset is a gray camo Onikuma gaming headset.

    Headset is an Onikuma and is compatible. This appears to be a known problem with the controllers. For the price, I just which Microsoft made quality products.
