Ongoing Xbox Live Issues

Hello,

I'm looking for a response from a xbox live representative, as to why the Xbox live service has been so god awful and intermittent for the past month now. I know I am not the only one with these connectivity issues, but Microsoft, you guys need to be held
accountable for making sure that the service your customers pay a very high premium for works properly, which is most certainly hasn't for quite some time.

Or at least acknowledge this huge ongoing issue. This service is a joke, and I'm about ready to throw my xbox one away and buy a PS4.

I'm not able to join and invite games and parties. It also keeps disconnecting.

as of now I cannot connect to any parties and I'm receiving the error code 0x89231806 indicating my network settings is blocking chat I know for a fact it is a problem on your guy's end as I've never had this problem with the d-link router I've used for
12 years on all three consoles, and the same problem persists when I swap out for my newer linksys wireless N router.

Have you totally powered everything down, remove plugs, router as well, for like 30 to 40 seconds? I know it might sound basic but when a problem persists for me this normally helps. I've not had any problems this last month apart from a few hours when
it was advertised. And I play a lot of live

Have you tried restarting you console fully, and reboot your router? I've heard that part of Xbox servers were in maintenance at that day but I didn't realize that it was down at that time.
