Onesync file opening

(sorry in advance im only 11 so expet spelling errors also i dont know if you even help me with this)

so i downloaded OneSync since i couldn't find OneDrive i guessed my tablet didnt support it but thats not the point. i couldnt find how to acually see the files i was trying to find (it was the game DVR thing) i just couldn't find specific file i wanted..

as far as I can tell (I could be wrong) is that it is not an Xbox/Microsoft product, if that is indeed the case then it would be best to try and search for a different forum/support option from perhaps the creators of this app

If your tablet doesn't support the OneDrive App itself, you can still simply open up the tablet's web browser and point it to
https://www.onedrive.com and sign in with your Microsoft Account.

There should be a "Videos" folder, and inside that Videos Folder should be the Xbox Game DVR, where you should the videos you uploaded to OneDrive from the console.

You may want to try clearing the MAC address. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.

Try deleting the app then re downlaoding it, if that dosent work try restarting your xbox by holding the pwoer bitton down until it powers off.
