OneGuide will not hide duplicate SD channels anymore

After the latest update (september) the oneguide won't hide SD channels that also have an HD version when I select that option. When I tell it to display only HD channels it will show a single cinemax channel and a single HBO channel and nothing more. It
is as if the oneguide doesn't know which channels are HD and which are SD. It was working before.

I have my oneguide set to hide duplicate SD channels but every time I choose to watch a match from the app it tunes the SD channel. The channels it's tuning to are not even showing in oneguide since they are hidden.

    How to add missing channels?

By default, we hide SD versions of channels that have an HD equivalent, this might be what you're seeing. If you want to restore all of the SD channels, you can do this in the OneGuide settings, by changing "Hide SD duplicate channels" to "Show all HD and
    SD channels".

    Hey there dreddedone!

Sorry to hear about the OneGuide issues. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a try:

    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
    • Power on your console and press the Menu button.
    • Navigate to TV & OneGuide.
    • Select OneGuide and check to see if Hide SD duplicate channels is enabled.

Give the suggested steps a try and if the duplicate channels are still not hidden, navigate back to the OneGuide settings and select Troubleshooting. From there, you can report the issue by selecting Report a OneGuide problem. This way we can make sure that
the issue gets to the right folks.
