Discus and support OneGuide TV Listings are Always Wrong in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; This is my sixth post about this unresolved issue.     OneGuide TV Listings are Always Wrong


    This is my sixth post about this unresolved issue. Hopefully someone at Microsoft will respond this time. My OneGuide TV listings are always incorrect even though I have verified that all settings are correct, e.g. ZIP code, Cable Provider, Time Zone etc.
    My cable provider is Cox Communications in [Mod Removed]. I have owned an XBOX One since launch day last fall and the problem has existed since. I do not understand why this simple problem has not been fixed. The Microsoft troubleshooting
    tips for OneGuide have not worked.

    The TV listings on my OneGuide are always incorrect. All of my settings, ZIP Code, Cable Provider, Daylight Savings Time, Time Zone are correct. This is unacceptable. Any new OneGuide features mean nothing to me if the listings are always wrong. I
    have COX Communications cable in Las Vegas, NV.

    Those steps are garbage! Simply put Xbox Oneguide does NOT work. I am on CableOne in zipcode 83301 and I've followed all the steps many times and it has never resolved the issue. NEVER.

    Please fix.

    Wow i have Cox as well in [Mod Removed] and the listings are all 1 hour off. I came upon your post through google. I see Microsoft is not addressing this issue.

    As a side note, I removed your zip codes because it's personal information, and I want to help keep you guys protected. OneGuide TV Listings are Always Wrong :D

    It is curious that your OneGuide listings are one hour off. Mine are three hours off. I cannot believe that this problem has persisted for nearly a year.

    If you have the August update (required tomorrow, 8/20), please head over to TV & OneGuide settings -> Troubleshooting -> Report a OneGuide problem. You can fill out the form and get that information to us directly instead of contacting either
    support or your provider.

    We appreciate your patience with us while we got this up and running, and hope this makes things easier for you. OneGuide TV Listings are Always Wrong :D

    My goodness. I have already reported the OneGuide errors by that method many times. I was hoping for a real answer about when MS will fix it. When has a troubleshooting guide ever fixed anything? MS has been giving me the run around for almost a year! How
    hard is it to get the OneGuide listings in sync with a major provide like Cox Communications?

  10. If you have repeatedly used that method, then I highly suggest you contact Cox Communications, as they are the ones that supply us the channels. The Report a problem ability is new with the August update, and isn't really a troubleshooting guide; it's just
    listed under there. If you are part of the preview program, then you will need to post up issues with the console in the
    Update Preview Forums.
