OneGuide TV lineup

There are two TV lineups available from my TV provider albeit only one is available in the OneGuide setup. Which database(s) does Microsoft use to reference channel information based on the information users provide? A site like Zap2It.com has accurate
and up to date information, however I don’t know if Microsoft is using the same public database. Please advise.

Hey everyone, this same problem just happened to me where my cable provider changed the channel lineup but my xbox was still using the old channel numbers but i found how to fix it. Go to settings ---> tv&oneguide ---> oneguide---> clear oneguide ---> then
last still in oneguide go to tv lineup and go through that again. That fixed it for me.

This problem has hit me now, too. Cable provider changed their lineup last night, but I cannot get my OneGuide to reflect the updated lineup even with resetting OneGuide and resetting TV settings, etc.

I have PM'd Studbucket on this myself now.

Important The accuracy of the channel lineup info depends on the public channel lineup databases shared by cable channel providers. There may be a delay between the updating of these databases and
changes to your local channel lineup.

Hi Kaija,

Go into TV & OneGuide settings, then the guide section and you can change your Zip Code and lineup settings there.

Full reset, now it wont even allow me to set up the TV tuner. After entering my ZIP code, it just says "We can't find your TV providers".

I get this message under both Settings > TV & OneGuide > OneGuide > USB TV Lineup (says "Not set" and can't set it) and Settings > TV & OneGuide > TV Tuner (says "Complete" but can't change it.)
