OneGuide suddenly stopped working

Discus and support OneGuide suddenly stopped working in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Yesterday OneGuide will not retrieve any TV Listings.     OneGuide suddenly stopped working


    Yesterday OneGuide will not retrieve any TV Listings.

    I called XBox Support and they had me factory reset the console. This did not fix the issue...

    This seems to be an issue on Xbox's end of things....

    I may be the only person in the world who uses OneGuide, however my entire household utilizes it heavily. Any answer from Xbox support?

    We've been having this issue in Australia since November 2019, the community is just ignoring it!

    We can assure you, you aren't the only one who uses OneGuide and utilises it extensively . We have been banging our heads against the wall opening cases and forums like this one, just to have them shut down and be told it's not an issue or the thread is
    too old. They won't fix it, they want it to go away, because Australians don't matter (I assume). If you have better luck, we will be very happy, but the frustration associated with getting no assistance on this issue WILL wear you down...
