OneGuide stopped working

I recently changed TV and took the opportunity to unplug everything on my entertainment unit and give a good clean behind it. After changing TV and reconnecting everything (Xbox One console, Kinect, Virgin DVR and wireless modem) I re-set everything and
tried it all out. Everything works apart from the OneGuide. Whether I give voice commands or do it manually, it won't switch channel.

It's not a problem with the config: I went through the setup and everything is setup correctly (or at least that's what it shows). It picks up the DVR and the TV provider.

It's not a problem with the DVR (I don't think): I rang Virgin and run few tests but it turns out everything is fine. The IR receiver on the DVR works since the light comes on when I switch channels with the remote.

It's not a problem with the Kinect: I did all the recommended tests. It receives the voice-commands (also confirmed by the commands being spelt out in the top-right corner of the screen) and the IR signal is sent out (I check it with my phone camera)

It's not a problem with the TV - I swapped it with the old one and still it doesn't work!

I rang Xbox yesterday and did all sorts of tests and troubleshooting. I even "drained" the console of all power and re-set the cache. Can anyone help?? Has anyone ever had the same issue??

Xbox digital tv-tuner doesn't work, still has its own support site?

Mine stopped working today too. I can run a scan and it will pick up channels but black screen on the OneGuide

I'm having this issue as well. It worked fine for weeks, and then seems to have stopped working after I created another profile. (The OneGuide has the same error with both profiles.) Clearing the OneGuide in the settings hasn't helped, nor has unplugging
the Xbox.
