Discus and support Oneguide sort order (UK) in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm using the Microsoft OTA TV tuner via usb on the Xbox One S.     Oneguide sort order (UK)


    I'm using the Microsoft OTA TV tuner via usb on the Xbox One S. If I retune the tv tuner to pick up new channels it adds these channels to the end of the tv listing i.e my listing shows 1, 2...……. 731, 732, 733 then 50, 57, 59, 60, 62, 68, 69, 77, 78, 80
    etc

    Is there any way of resorting the list so that it's in numerical order?

    I've tried all the options on the support pages to no avail i.e clear oneguide, clear history. Any help much appreciated.

    Hi The other post re. this topic has been locked, with no answer for us people who stayed loyal, and are early adopters in the UK, we have bought an xbox one (with kinect), and payed for Live Gold, but no OneGuide, or more worryingly, any date of delivery.
    Even a ball park date of commitment would be good. With talks of MS selling off Xbox, now would be a good time to answer us investors, locking a thread with no real answer is just smoke and mirrors in my opinion... will OneGuide ever hit the UK shores?

    Okay guys I think I have the solution. I chose freeview as my provider, but because I am based in Scotland I should have chosen freeview - national lineup which is the option below.

    Hope this helps anyone else who has this issue
