OneGuide Sky TV Wales - HD/SD channel mix up and various problems.

I have Sky TV UK/Wales configured. The one guide for a large part does a good job, however there are few little problems I'd like to see resolved.

1. It often lists HD channels (ITV2 HD / ITV3 HD) but displays the SD channel - but not always ITV HD is correct.

2. On some channels the +1 gets mixed up, and the shows it's claiming is on, is actually in 1 hours time.

3. I can't add Sky1 to my favorites. I've tried everything including a factory reset - which does work for a while.

4. Channel 4 is actually S4C - I live in wales! So channel 4 is effectively missing from the lineup.

Basically, i'd like to know if there is ongoing support for the one guide TV listings? Will it get updated/improved in the future?

You can also change the setting to only show HD or SD channels in the OneGuide. Go to Settings> TV & OneGuide settings> OneGuide> Show all HD and SD channels. That will remove any duplicate channels.

 

The entire channel lineup is wrong.

@Greensquirrel - go into TV settings - OneGuide, and change channel filtering to show all HD and SD channels. Does that fix it?

Ok, fixed my own problem. It seems during setup I selected sky hd Wales, which puts the HD channels first. You need the HD package from sky to match this setup. I changed it to sky SD Wales and suddenly all the channels are correct and I can still get the
free HD channels, which I thought I wouldn't if I selected SD. Strangely I can add sky 1 as a favorite as well, not sure why that is?

There is still one problem, the guide lists channel 4 but it's actually S4C.
