Oneguide Re-setup

Discus and support Oneguide Re-setup in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Im trying to re-setup my Oneguide.     Oneguide Re-setup


    Im trying to re-setup my Oneguide. I get to the point where I enter my Zip Code and the system says it cant find my providers.This was working a few days ago.I had my Oneguide all setup but now nada.Any Ideas?I did go to the trouble shooter and reset my
    TV settings and start from scratch but the system cant seem to bring up any providers.Is this an Xbox Live issue?

    Make sure you also setup the OneGuide

    Comcast live tv is is 30mins. behind actual time.

    Have you tried giving your console a hard reset? Hold the down power button until your console shuts down completely. One other thing you can try at the moment is to re run the TV and OneGuide setup in the settings app.

    I am having the same issue. Worked yesterday but not today. I cleared all the save data for one Guide and tried the setup again but it won't take any zip code I enter. There is another thread on here that has a bunch of responses from others having the same
    problem, so I am thinking it is something on the M$ side, like the servers that have the One Guide channel info is down or something. If it's not working tomorrow I would contact M$ directly, that's what I am going to do.

    Xbox digital tv-tuner doesn't work, still has its own support site?

    Having the same issue here. I use a TV Tuner with HD antenna. I’ve re-set it up twice. The system is finding the channels on setup but once i try launching Oneguide I get the same message “we’ve lost your channels...”
