    OneGuide pulls incorrect channel lineup for TDS in ZIP code 37934


    I go through the OneGuide setup process, enter my ZIP code (37934, Farragut/Concord near Knoxville, TN), and choose TDS as my cable provider. However, OneGuide actually pulls the lineup from TDS Mount Juliet (37122, near Nashville, TN). While several channels
    do correspond, most of my local channels are way off. I've reported this multiple times through the Issue Reporter. Any ETA on a fix?

    TDS Service Provider in Zip 37934

    Tried 37912, 37917, 37922, 37934, 37923, 37920, 37932, 37918 all of these are zip codes serviced by TDS in the Knoxville/Farragut Area.

    Even tried zip codes for Maryville, Nashville, Sweetwater, and a few others... No dice

    The entire channel lineup is wrong.

    All listings on oneguide are wrong for time warner. Zip [Mod Removed]. Twc changed channel lineup

    G'day Holy, sorry for missing this the first time around! When you set up your OneGuide, were you sure to input the correct zip code? The channel guide that's pulled is based on location, so if it's set to the wrong zip then you'll see the wrong channels.

    If you're sure that your zip is correct, you may want to reach out to your provider about the incorrect listings and see if they have any info.
