    OneGuide OTA 'No info available'


    On 03/19/20 my OneGuide stopped providing channel listing information for my TV provider in Australia and displays "No info available". The channel lineup is still accurate, it shows the channel logos but no programming data.

    I've attempted the suggested steps in this support article with no success: (https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/oneguide-live-tv/incorrect-show-information).

    Correct data is shown when I change the channel for 'Airing Now' and 'Airing Next', but not in the OTA guide.

    Currently Xbox Live Status reports all services as working, "All services available". I am not experiencing this as correct.

    Hey mate. Not sure how you have had guide data until March as most of us have been without it since December. Support appear to be doing nothibg and are not reaponding to any enquiries via Twitter.

    This issue persists for me. Info from Reddit suggests it now may be localized to Australia users.
