    Right now, One Guide is only available in United States for specific TV provider only. I assume Microsoft is planning on making it available for everyone in a future update !

    OneGuide support for Israel TV

    I purchased an Xbox One this week at the official launch event,

    I plugged my YES set top box in the HDMI in port.

    I can see the input picture but OneGuide doesn't work and I cant change channels.

    When is it going to be fixed?

    Xbox Live Countries for a comprehensive list for regions that support the Xbox One. Keep an eye out on
    news.xbox.com and
    majornelson.com
    for when the Xbox One comes out in Isreal! OneGuide on Israel. :)

    I'm glad to say that Xbox Live is Supported is Isreal.

    Here's a list of All Supported Countries.



    I assume now that you have some problems connecting with the Xbox Lice Services.

    Can you try a Connection Test and please post us the results where the problems appears.
