    TV Tuner /One Guide problem

I see, what we will have to do next is report the missing channels in TV & OneGuide settings so that this issue can get sent to the proper folks. Follow the steps below to report missing channels in OneGuide.

    • On your Xbox One controller, press the Menu button and select Settings.
    • From the Settings menu, select TV & OneGuide.
    • From here, select Troubleshooting.
    • In the Troubleshooting menu, select 'Report a OneGuide problem', and then select 'Missing Channel' in the drop menu.
Follow those steps and the report be sent to the proper folks, I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and I really hope you get up and running soon!

There's a possibility that you need to refresh your profile or update the Xbox App to resolve your concern.

Here are the solutions that you can perform to view the OneGuide
    icon on the Menu again:

Solution 1. Sign out and sign in to your account on the Xbox App. You can refer on this

    link
    for the steps.

Solution 2. Uninstall and reinstall Xbox App to manually update it.

    1. Click start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.
    2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.
    3. Type the following command to uninstall Windows Store: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage
    4. Hit Enter.
    5. Launch Windows Store again and download Xbox App.

If you need further assistance, feel free to reply on this post so we can find another way to resolve your concern.

  9. Same issue here. With the removal of One Guide snap I'm starting to think this is intentional. They seem to be removing one guide one feature at a time.

How can this post be marked with a verified answer? Nothing has been answered and the posted solution does not work. I'm having the same issue. Oneguide disappeared, now today the volume control option disappeared as well. Are these features being deliberately
removed, or is there some problem with the app? Will they be restored? Give us a real answer, not the standard "reset and reboot" bs.

We appreciate you for bringing this up. We would also like you to know that the issue occurs if your Xbox App is not updated properly. This is also the reason why we are suggesting the update or the re-installation of the Xbox App as a solution to the issue.

The OneGuide Menu should be shown as TV listings on the Xbox App.

If you have comments and suggestions about the new version of the Xbox App in Windows 10, you can have them posted on our

The fix you posted doesn't work. Many are reporting the same thing on reddit, the forums here, and on news sites. The feature disappeared on the xbox beta app then the xbox app after the latest update. And it isn't just the tv listings it is also the universal
remote and the volume controls. Everything that has to do with TV controls was removed, uninstalling doesn't bring them back. This thread should not be marked as answered because it is far from answered.

I completely uninstalled the app using powershell, then re-installed it from the store. I also ran wsreset, as well as resetting from the help icon itself. If it's an installation issue, then the problem is most likely with the current version of the installer.
I'm aware of how to use the oneguide app and remote options within the xbox app as I've been using it successfully for years. Within the last couple of weeks, the tv listings and remote control were the first thing to disappear, then the volume control disappeared
a few days ago. My "Activity Feed" also now says "Something went wrong with loading this info. Try again later."

Again, this is not resolved, and should not have a "verified answer".

  15. They have officially responded on reddit:

"OneGuide, including the guide, TV controls, and TV streaming, were removed from the Windows versions of the Xbox app. To use OneGuide on Windows, get the Xbox One SmartGlass app in the Windows Store. OneGuide is still part of the Xbox app on iOS and Android."
