OneGuide Loses HDMI Connection

For sometime now, I've had our cable/sat box connected through HDMI on the Xbox and when pressing the power button on the remote it either turns on/off the TV/stereo/cable or sat box but leaves the Xbox on. I could turn everything back on an hour later or
2 days later and it would always open straight to whatever TV show is currently on through OneGuide without having to do anything to the Xbox.

That's changed since the most recent update though. If I turn the DirecTV box and others on after just a couple hours it's fine but after 4 or 5 hours or so such as going to bed at night but keeping the Xbox on, everything fires up but it's just sitting
at the Xbox home screen. Have to turn on the Xbox controller and select OneGuide, it shows the screen that there is no HDMI connection then a couple seconds later it goes to TV.

Is anybody else seeing this behavior or is there a way to fix this in the settings? Obviously it's losing the HDMI connection from the DTV box when its powered off but it always went straight to TV prior to this update without having to manually open OneGuide.

settings go to oneguide go into oneguide you should see hdmi usb and advanced on the hdmi go down to remove the provider now by default usb device master receiver

 

Xbox One loses HDMI connection

I have had this same setup for three years with no issues until my Xbox One upgraded to the new XBOE. After the upgrade when you turn on the Xbox the TV shows an Xbox image and states the Xbox has lost the TV connection. You can browse thru the settings
to the Video settings and it actually states the HDMI cable is disconnected which of course it is not. Xbox is set to "Instant On" mode. My setup is below:

1. Xfinity X1 set-top box HDMI output to the Xbox One HDMI input.
2. Xbox One HDMI output to your A/V receiver HDMI input.
3. A/V receiver HDMI output to the HDMI input on your television.

As far as I can tell there is nothing I can do to get the TV to display but one thing. Browse to the main menu on the left, then browse to settings and on the settings menu select the "Restart Xbox Console". When the Xbox restarts, select the One Guide
on main screen and then Xbox starts displaying signal to TV then all is working perfectly fine again. Please keep in mind you do not need to make any changes, no unplugging/replugging of any component. Just a pure restart of the Xbox system.

So what has changed that needs to be changed back or what is different about the new XBOE?
