    Beeline TV application

    When using the Beeline TV application, an error occurs: Now the Beeline TV service is not available, please try again later.

    Problems with the service of Xbox Live and the application Beeline TV is not revealed. Restarting and reinstalling the application does not help.

    channels not listed in oneguide

    hi i have just purchased the tv tuner for my xbox one and first thing ive noticed is that channels; BBC ONE (1), ITV (3), Dave ja vu (25), ITV+1 (33), Film 4+1 (45), ITV HD (103), are not in there appropriate positions on the oneguide and are instead listed
    at the bottom of the oneguide with the message "no info available" where the program listing should be. I have tryed clearing the oneguide and reset tv settings and still encounter the same issue. At guess this is this something I will need to wait for oneguide
    to fix if so is there some kind of timeframe or if its something im doing wrong please help?

    My tuner settings are; tv provider - Freeview, TV line up - Freeview Anglia OTA Bradcast

    One Guide assigns the wrong channelnumbers to each channel

    Next I will recommend reporting this issue through the built in OneGuide troubleshooter. Follow the same steps above, but instead of Reset TV Settings, select 'Report a OneGuide Problem' and select 'Wrong channel'. That will inform that proper teams so that
    they can look into it further!

    The best way to report the incorrect channels in the OneGuide troubleshooting section in your Xbox One settings.

    • Press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller and select 'Settings'.
    • In the Settings menu, select 'TV & OneGuide'.
    • Select 'Troubleshooting'.
    • From here select 'Report a OneGuide problem' and select 'Wrong channel'.
    This will report the error directly to the proper folks.
