OneGuide doesn't work

When I press X, it opens the guide and never loads. Yes, I've cleared my OneGuide. Yes, I've power cycled. It's kind of ridiculous how you have to unplug the dang thing every time there's a problem. This system has WAY too many issues. Do you have a deal
where Day One owners can trade it in for something that actually works?

"Page Up", "Page Down", and "What's On ___?" not working on OneGuide

I just switched cable providers (Cox from Uverse), so I'm not sure when this issue started. OneGuide communicates with my cable box just fine when telling it directly to change channels or FF RW options. When I enter the OneGuide, everything works as it
always has, except that the "Page Up", "Page Down" and "What's On ___?" don't work. When I say "Page Up/Down", it shows that it has received the command, but doesn't scroll on the OneGuide. When I say "What's On ___?", it doesn't even register the command.
Anyone else dealing with this?

SKY TV Via the XBOX ONE... What features

My sky works fine thru the xbox one, picture perfect. Gutted the oneguide doesn't work with sky tho. Was looking forward to saying "Xbox watch <babestation>" ahahaha

I've tried just about everything... Do I have to reset my console to factory settings? That would really suck

If you go to the settings app under general > TV & Display Options> TV & OneGuide > OneGuide > Under the advanced section clear OneGuide and History. If that doesn't work, on the same tab remove the provider under the HDMI, and a USB tabs, then we can
figure OneGuide with your service provider.

I'm having the same issue. Oneguide doesn't display any information for certain channels. Clearing Oneguide and History doesn't have any impact. Also, some channels are missing or in the wrong order.

While I appreciate the response I do have to ask, did you even read my post? Your suggestions are exactly the same as the "Solutions" provided within the support article I linked, which I stated as attempting in my original post. As such, those suggestion did
not work.

There isn't anywhere that I can enter a postcode or anything.

If I go to Settings > TV & OneGuide > OneGuide I only have the option to Clear OneGuide which doesn't seem to do anything.

Can anyone that isn't a part of the beta program verify that it's possible to integrate the Sky TV Guide into OneGuide (UK)?
