    Oneguide doesn't match sky channels.


    I hope this is the correct place for this post. I am using sky box Amstrad drx890. Tv lineup bskyb hd London satellite. Sky have recently launched new channels and moved channels to new channel numbers. Oneguide doesn't match up the correct ones now.This
    has degraded my xbox one as before it was working correctly. I can't find a solution online at all so hope you can help thanks in advance.

    OneGuide - Sky Germany

    Hi,

    the latest BETA Update enabled OneGuide for me in Germany(Sky). Everything seems to work, except for the fact that the channels in oneguide start at 100.

    I can't access a single channel below 100, thats pretty annoying. Anyone had this issue???

    I have my oneguide set to hide duplicate SD channels but every time I choose to watch a match from the app it tunes the SD channel. The channels it's tuning to are not even showing in oneguide since they are hidden.

    Oneguide doesn't match sky channels.

    Post this on the Feedback site (Xbox Ideas, powered by UserVoice) and it should get noted by the team.

    However, if this was a recent Sky change, it may be that either MS has been a little slow to update their listings, or that you need to reconfigure your setup in order to pull in the listings.

    Have a go at reconfiguring your setup (re-select Sky as your provider) and then see if you get the latest listing; if that fails, head over to the Feedback site.

    Hey there, ConnivingBowie! We actually have a feature in the August update added so that you can report this via your console! Please head over to TV & OneGuide settings -> Troubleshooting -> Report a OneGuide problem.
    Fill out the form, and that will get it to the right people!

    Thanks for the replies guys. I have done both now unfortunately I couldn't pull in the new guide. Just annoying that it's nit correct hope it's nor lIkea this for to long.

    I'm having the same issue. Oneguide doesn't display any information for certain channels. Clearing Oneguide and History doesn't have any impact. Also, some channels are missing or in the wrong order.
