Oneguide commands broken for May update preview

Whenever I say "Xbox, watch ESPN" it either changes to CSPAN or BBC. The ESPN command had worked perfectly fine before this update.

OneGuide channels are wrong after Time Warner Cable new lineup

I have this problem in Raleigh as well. One thing you can do is reset your OneGuide under TV/Oneguide settings. Then uncheck the hide SD duplicate box as jnmarr said. This will at least update your Oneguide to have the correct channels. However, this
does not fix the "Watch Channel" command via kinect. I'm not sure why the Xbox doesn't update the "Watch channel" command when the OneGuide is updated. They really need to fix this soon, seeing that so many people bought new Xbox Ones last week.

Also, MS really needs to update the "Watch" command to include numbers. Then at least we could say "Watch Channel 3" if we wanted to watch the new WRAL channel number.

UPDATE: Fixed. After removing my device from the preview program and running the update, my xbox went into an endless load screen (ran 3hrs without progress. stopped it and ran for another 1hr... no progress).

I had to go to system > reset and I'm back to normal. The reset was quick & painless (30-minutes). It kept all of my files and restored my settings after logging in with my master account.

All systems are normal.

 

You should report this in the Early Access forums.

 

I agree with x24hrs2livex, if you're in the programme post in those forums, they need to know about things like this.

Ugh ,i love this box ,but dang,this is getting annoying to deal with after every update

 

^^Instead of crying in a General Discussion forums, how about you report the bugs you have encountered like a good beta tester would?
