OneGuide closed captions displaying incorrectly

Console recently updated with a small 400-something MB update (current version number is 404.1709.9001.14, but fairly certain that's the new dash update number), and since then the closed captions in OneGuide haven't been displaying properly. They appear
as if the screen has zoomed in and the focus is now on the bottom right corner. That's only when they're slightly higher than the bottom of the screen, the rest of the time they're completely off-screen. Not sure if there's a fix or if this is a known issue,
but it'd be nice to get some kind of resolution. Thanks for any help.

I have the CC problem solved on the xbox 360 (at least for now) if anyone is still following this forum.

press the xbox button/ scroll right to settings/ system settings/ console settings/ language and locale/ locale/ change to usa (you will be signed out of xbox live but don't worry)/ back out to console settings/ display/ closed captioning (it appears at
the bottom in usa mode)/ turn all captions to off/ back out to console settings/ language and locale/ locale/ set back to Ireland or wherever you are experiencing this problem/ exit out to the main menu/ press the xbox button/ select connect to xbox live and
presto, captions are off. i hope this works for everyone as it is working for me here tonight.

Seems to have been fixed now. Not sure if it was just my Xbox or if it was fixed by an update, but thanks to whoever corrected it if it was the latter.

 

So it keeps happening every time theres a new update. If anyone knows of a user fix for this so I don't need to keep posting on the help forums, it'd be a great help. This is roughly the fourth time it's happened and it seems consistent with console updates.
