Oneguide channel lineup Charter Communications incorect

The Xbox one is setup with a Motorola stb but the lineup for channels only shows the first 100 . Note that this is far less than the total number of channels available to me.

I've tried choosing between SD, HD, and/or both but the result is always the same. It never gives me access to the higher channel numbers. Also note that of the lower channel list, the ones that are listed don't match the corresponding channels.

My Charter is also incorrect. Charter recently added new channels and changed channel lineup for 37620 Bristol Digital. It still reflects the old channel lineup. They changed a month ago. I used one guide before. Hope to see update soon.

 

Charter voice command channels wrong

Hi, Charter here in northern MI changed their channel lineup a few weeks ago, but the Oneguide voice commands are still using the old lineup. I tried clearing the Oneguide and history, but that didn't seem to do anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem, the channels in the guide don't match up to the ones for charter

 

I too am having massive issues with charter communications channel listings.

They just shuffled a bunch like a month ago but OneGuide thinks nothing is different. No fix that I've found on the internets...

 

The listings for Cox Communications in Las Vegas have been incorrect since launch day. OneGuide already does very little, but this is pathetic. I have checked and rechecked my system settings.
