    OneGuide changes aspect ratio when changing channels


    Just got my Xbox One X back from service for the black screen of death.

    All is good except one thing: The aspect ratio gets zoomed in after changing channels in OneGuide

    When the system boots up and powers on the Pace cable box, Sony A/V receiver, and Samsung NU8000 4k TV the aspect ratio is correct in OneGuide. Change the channel with the controller and the aspect ratio zooms in. Every time I change the channel with the
    controller I need to hit the aspect button on the cable remote to fix it.

    Change the channel with cable remote and the aspect ratio remains correct. The TV calibration displays correctly with the green line showing. Games and movies displaying correctly.

    This didn't happen before I sent the unit in for service.

    Hi. If you feel that has been happening, you can try to fix it by using the magnifying controls. Hold the Xbox button and press Back button. If that doesn't work, it may be another issue and I would highly recommend you contact Official Xbox support for
    this.

    I have the same issue but my oneguide wont change the channel but when using the remote on xbox app I can type the channel number. The ir blaster works but oneguide needs update
