OneGuide at 60hz upon Xbox startup but set to 50hz

Hello,

There appears to be a bug with OneGuide where if you have set OneGuide to use a 50hz refresh rate and to launch OneGuide upon launching Xbox. This 50hz setting is not applied upon booting the Xbox, which means I have to go to the home screen and launch OneGuide
again before the 50hz setting is finally applied.

Possible bug?

50 Hz support

Sky is likely natively set to 50Hz, you would want to set the Xbox to 50Hz. TV & OneGuide > troubleshooting > Video > Click the box

April Update 50 Hz not working

Just done a check

In settings go to display and sound make sure 50HZ is ticked

Then go to TV&OneGuide troubleshoot video and tick enable 50HZ

You can still do a reboot hope this sorts it just seen your post change to 60HZ

 

unless u r in UK or Africa maybe u should use the 60 hrz that maybe what xbox is trying to show u.

 

I'm in the UK which uses 50hz.

 

This not my field of experience but i will try to find you a solution

This may I have fixed, I just checked my system which is on an alpha build dashboard and it kicks straight into 50hz mode when I turn the Xbox On. Hopefully this should be rolled out to everyone soon.
