OneGuide and Time Warner Cable Not Supported???

I had Time Warner Cable as my provider for Newport Beach, CA 92660 on my XB1. I had to send in my XB1 for repair due to a broken Blu-ray player. I received a clean XB1 in return that I had to setup from ground zero. Everything went well up until choosing
my TV provider for OneGuide. When I type in my zipcode it gives me a list of providers and TWC is not on the list. In fact I typed in zip codes for many major cities and TWC is not listed in any of them. Is TWC not supported anymore on XB1?

Time Warner Channel Shuffle, OneGuide out of date

The great f...folks at Time Warner Cable have just shuffled their channel numbers in my area (78660)

As a result the OneGuide channel listings for Time Warner Cable 78660 are incorrect and need updating.

 

OneGuide channels are wrong after Time Warner Cable new lineup

Time Warner Cable just updated their channel lineup in my area, and now my OneGuide channels are out of sync.

I am using Time Warner Cable / Winston-Salem / <edit> zipcode.

An example of a channel that is out of sync is AMC. I wanted to watch The Walking Dead tonight and it took me to the Arabic Channel instead.
