    OneGuide and general boot issues


    [Beta Ring] [Xbox One X Scorpio Edition] Anyone having issues with OneGuide and TV Tuner? Randomly, my OneGuide will crash or just not boot up at all. Multiple hard resets later, and sometimes it works and sometimes it takes a ridiculous amount of hard resets to fix it. When it does finally work, over half the time it makes me rescan my channels.

    Problem doesn't always just stick with OneGuide. Sometimes it affects all apps from booting, and sometimes it takes forever to even boot the console after hard resetting. The animation of the boot screen even is laggy as hell.

    Issue started since Nov. 20th update. Even resetting to factory settings doesn't help. Never had any problems before.

    (I have reported the bug to Xbox)

    I have a feeling that it's just a bad download of the update.. but I can't figure out how to redownload the update besides factory resetting?

    OneGuide "No info available" - Again (fourth time)

    If you go to the settings app under general > TV & Display Options> TV & OneGuide > OneGuide > Under the advanced section clear OneGuide and History. If that doesn't work, on the same tab remove the provider under the HDMI, and a USB tabs, then we can
    figure OneGuide with your service provider.

    Hi Fellow gamer,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issues with one guide. We recommend to clear one guide and then try to see if it recognizes the HDMI.

    Clear your OneGuide info and then refresh it to make sure you have the latest info from Xbox Live. Here’s how:

    1. Press the Xbox button
       to open the guide.
    2. Select System > Settings
      > General > TV & display options >
      TV & OneGuide      .
    3. Select OneGuide, and then select
      Clear OneGuide.

    I have the same issue on my Oneguide. Glad to know it's not just me with this issue. I tried resetting the Oneguide data, but it didn't fix it.
