OneGuide and Cox Tuner/DVR issue with Information Box

Whenever I user the OneGuide to change my channel the channel successfully changes, but there is an information box that comes up about the show/channel. This is from the Cox Tuner/DVR (it's the same thing that comes up if you press the "Info" button on
the Tuner/DVR remote twice). To remove it I need to get my Cox Remote and press exit. This is kind of embarrassing when I' trying to show off XBOX One's voice command features:/ It also makes the OneGuide (which I think is AWESOME)somewhat unusable:/

I've already called Cox about this and no one there seems to know what to do. Anything you can do to help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Channel Selecting Toggles Full Channel Details Window

TV: Vizio M47Ii-A2

Cable Provider: Cox

DVR: Cox Record 6 (Cisco 9865HDC)

Issue: When selecting a channel through OneGuide (using the Xbox One remote), the channel changes properly and a small Channel Information window appears at the bottom of the screen (this is exactly what should happen). The problem that I am experiencing
has to do with the Channel Information window. This screen should disappear within a couple of seconds, but instead the OneGuide selects the “Full Details” button on this screen, which expands to take up 2/3 of the screen.

The only way I have found to close it out with OneGuide is to reselect the channel, which in effect toggles the steps and cancels out the Full Details window.

Of course, I can use the DVR remote to Exit the window, but that gets away from the efficiencies of using only the Xbox One to control the entertainment.

 

Don't understand - am I supposed to enter the code somewhere?
