Discus and support OneGuide and Channel Voice Choice in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I've entered my second week of owning an XB1.     OneGuide and Channel Voice Choice


    So I've entered my second week of owning an XB1. I have my DIRECTV Genie HR44-500 connected to the HDMI pass-through. It controls the box just fine and I find in most cases can change the channel faster than I can with the remote. Let alone find the remote.
    Any who... I find the One guide a little laggy. Just upon first use. But my main issue I have is trying to voice nav through the guide. It totally gets "Whats on ESPN ... HBO... NBC... Fox... SyFy." etc. But what it is not getting is HGTV, H2, DIY and some
    of the other.

    Ive noticed the guide say HGTV and in some cases "Home and Garden". I (and the wife) have tried "Xbox, watch HGTV" and "watch, Home and Garden" but neither work. It goes to some obscure channel or VH1. Is there a specific way to teach it? Perhaps pronounce
    the actual channel numbers (which we tried) or is there anything else to try? I know it is looking for the green highlights in what to say. And using the HGTV example we have seen it show both. The letters, and also switch to the full name, which is weird.

    Suggestions welcome. Thanx!

    OneGuide functionality in the UK

    I am from Russia. I recently bought a Xbox One. It works fine and understands my voice commands in English.

    In Xbox One (OneGuide) no support for Russian cable television providers. And no voice commands to change channels.

    I'd like to have voice commands: NEXT CHANNEL, PREVIOUS CHANNEL and CHANNEL [NUMBER CHANNEL].

    Bing search of Live TV doesn't work

    I'm familiar with OneGuide but it doesn't let me search listings by voice. If a program is on the OneGuide screen you can select it by voice, but you can't search across all channels.

    OneGuide and voice channel selection doesn't work anymore

    I THINK the voice shortcut can do the right thing now. I THINK, if I SELECT the ABC channel from OneGuide, THEN when I use the voice shortcut, it goes to the right channel, but if I haven't actually SELECTED that channel, it still knows the old channel
    number.

    HD channels not showing up

    Hey Gaul, can you try manually changing to the SD channels with OneGuide. I believe voice commands should then go to the SD instead of HD channel.

    Cannot leave live TV once in live TV

    I do start all voice commands with "Xbox 1". When I say "Xbox 1, go home," it takes me to the OneGuide channel menu. If I say "Xbox 1, turn off", it takes me to the Xbox OneGuide channel menu, etc...
