OneDrive/SkyDrive App Choppy Video Playback

Naturally I have to doubt that because every other source of information I've read says it's much, much higher. I assume you have a documented source because if you're correct, that would be extremely helpful.

On the 360, the maximum internet connection speed is around 2Mbps, this may be why you are experiencing issues. You can try loading the videos onto your Surface and using the "Play To" option to then play through your Xbox. This seems to work better for
me anyway.

YouTube video playback in snap mode on Xbox ONE needs to be fixed. When the feature was first added, it was really choppy,, and out of sync. The update after that (current) seemed to improve that a little. It's still choppy (though slightly less), and the
A/V sync is pretty much okay, considering the stil choppy video.

Other video apps seem to play just fine snapped, be it live TV, streaming apps, and even throwing HD video from my tablet to the xbox video app (via DLNA). So yeah, only the YouTube app seems to play videos choppy while snapped.

I hope this gets fixed ASAP.

skydrive (onedrive) is a free storage space provided by MS.... if you upload your videos to Onedrive from the upload studio, they are available to view from the internet... (skydrive.com) visit the skydrive website and download the program to your PC....
this will make Onedrive a file system on your PC where it automatically loads the file to your PC (as well as ANY pc or device synced to your account).. from there it is as easy as having a youtube account... upload a video and selecting the file location
within Skydrive (onedrive) on your PC

I want to add that I am also having issues with the OneDrive/SkyDrive app and MP4 videos that I have uploaded via my Windows Phone. After recording a video with Windows Phone I have it set to keep the video full quality and it will upload it automatically.
That works fine.

When I open the OneDrive app on Xbox One and select the video it will take about 5 seconds to start and play for about 6 to 10 seconds, stop, wait about 8 seconds, play again for 6 to 10 seconds, stop, repeats over and over.

The OneDrive/SkyDrive web site from my PC it plays just fine, from the OneDrive app on Windows Phone it plays just fine. But it doesn't on the Xbox One.

When will this be fixed? This has been happening since I purchased the Xbox One in December 2013 so the upgraded OneDrive app didn't resolve it.
