OneDrive not working after update from skydrive

When I launch onedrive on xbox one none of my saved clips show up and I am left with a black screen that says "photos & videos" and "shared" and nothing else.

Another problem is upload studio not being able to upload to onedrive anymore. Once I finish editing a video and try to upload it it says skydrive cannot be found

Uploading videos to youtube

skydrive (onedrive) is a free storage space provided by MS.... if you upload your videos to Onedrive from the upload studio, they are available to view from the internet... (skydrive.com) visit the skydrive website and download the program to your PC....
this will make Onedrive a file system on your PC where it automatically loads the file to your PC (as well as ANY pc or device synced to your account).. from there it is as easy as having a youtube account... upload a video and selecting the file location
within Skydrive (onedrive) on your PC

Skydrive now Onedrive ~ Free 100G upgrade FAST!

Skydrive officially became Onedrive today....and if you hurry and visit your Skydrive site online.. they jump up your allotted available space by 100G for free....

Hey VirgoMastermind,

I've seen this issue reported because xbox live accounts may have been logged out during the update, and if you don't log back in, the apps will fail to load or save.

So i'd try and log out - click on your icon on upper left, select it, choose to sign out - then try and sign back in and see if that resets the credentials and logs you back into OneDrive. If that doesn't work, i'd also try the clean reboot in case something
is crashed in memory - hold your finger on power button for 10 seconds until it powers off. wait 30 seconds, power on and try again

I un-installed the app and then done the hard reset, once I loaded back up and installed it again it worked!

Which app did you uunistall the Onedrive or upload studio? And did u lose any clips?

I want to add that I am also having issues with the OneDrive/SkyDrive app and MP4 videos that I have uploaded via my Windows Phone. After recording a video with Windows Phone I have it set to keep the video full quality and it will upload it automatically.
That works fine.

When I open the OneDrive app on Xbox One and select the video it will take about 5 seconds to start and play for about 6 to 10 seconds, stop, wait about 8 seconds, play again for 6 to 10 seconds, stop, repeats over and over.

The OneDrive/SkyDrive web site from my PC it plays just fine, from the OneDrive app on Windows Phone it plays just fine. But it doesn't on the Xbox One.

When will this be fixed? This has been happening since I purchased the Xbox One in December 2013 so the upgraded OneDrive app didn't resolve it.
